Shopping for a newborn baby gift can and should be one of the funnest adventures ever!  Who doesn't like picking up a fuzzy, pink or blue baby blanket and then just melt when you feel how super soft it really is!  Or when you see the funniest little pacifier holder that makes keeping the baby's pacifier from hiding under a blanket, pillow or car seat a whole lot easier. 

Oh, we had fun with our own kids during the Christmas holidays!  We enjoyed those traditions like baking special cookies (and then eating alot of them), shopping for the fun little stocking stuffers (sometimes they were more fun to shop for than for the big gifts), and decorating the Christmas tree the same year after year!  But with Grandkids, we have a new and maybe simpler batch of traditions forming right now!
